At Waterworks Australia, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services.

1. Returns for Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Once inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Return shipping costs are covered for faulty or incorrect items.

2. Service Refunds

Refunds for pool servicing or maintenance are available only if:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed, or
  • There was a verified issue directly caused by our team.

Please report such issues within 3 days of service completion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom orders and special installations
  • Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or external causes

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
